Which size is right for me

Our shoes are in the sizes S, M and L (small, medium, large). The following guide shows which European sizes they correspond to:
S: 36-37
M: 38-39
L: 40-42
The sizes are relatively flexible (and comfortable!) since the shoes are soft without hard edges. If the shoes feel a bit tight when you first try them on, we recommend that you wear them at home for a while and wait until they have expanded a little and adapted to your feet.
If you are in between two sizes, both probably fit but in different ways. The smaller size probably looks better and the larger size will probably be more comfortable. You have to choose what is more important to you 🙂 If you have wide feet we recommend the larger size.

Is it possible to buy your shoes in a physical store?

No, currently our shoes are only available in our online store.

What is the shipping cost?

Delivery within Sweden is free of charge! Shipping to addresses outside Sweden is 50 SEK per order (flat rate).

Do I have to pay for returns and exchanges?

Within Sweden Baraballerina offers free returns and exchanges. Outside Sweden the customer has to pay the return shipping (unless you have received the wrong product or a faulty product)

How do I change an item?

1. Send an email to [email protected] where you enter your order number, which item you wish to change and which item you wish to change to (color, size). If you are located within Sweden we will send a return shipping label to you.
2. Pack the goods properly (for example, in the same package in which they were delivered to you). Please note: always include the bag when changing items, even if the change only is related to the shoes.
3. Paste the return shipping label you received from us on the package (if within Sweden), or write our return address on the package (if outside Sweden):

4. Submit the package at your nearest post office. If you are located outside Sweden you will then have to pay the return freight.
5. Once we receive the products, we will send the new ones to you.

How do I return an item?

1. Send an email to [email protected] and tell us that you wish to make a return. Enter your order number and which items you wish to return. If you are located within Sweden we will send a return shipping label to you.
2. Pack the goods properly (for example, in the same packaging in which they were delivered to you).
3. Paste the return shipping label you received from us on the package (if within Sweden), or write our return address on the package (if outside Sweden):

4. Submit the package at your nearest post office. If you are located outside Sweden you will then have to pay the return freight.
5. Once we receive your return, you will receive a confirmation email asking you to enter the account number you want to get your money deposited into. Then the refund will be on your account within 1-2 days.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, it is possible to change or cancel it. If the order has already left our warehouse, we unfortunately need to ask you to make a change or return. Send an email to [email protected] or call us at +46739725728 and tell us that you wish to cancel/change your order and provide the order number and we’ll see if it is possible.

What is the delivery time?

Orders placed Mon-Fri before 2 pm are usually delivered as early as the next workday. Orders placed on holidays or weekdays after 2 pm will be normally delivered after two workdays. Baraballerina ships worldwide at a flat rate of 50 SEK per order. The delivery time is normally 5-10 work days to addresses outside Sweden. Please note that additional taxes and fees may apply when products are deliviered to addresses outside the European Union.

Who runs Baraballerina?

Baraballerina is owned by the Swedish company Loström Import AB, company registration number 559055-0447.
